The Exchange Service Center website provided by the National Consumer Telecom & Utilities Exchange (NCTUE) has been replaced.
The NCTUE Consumer Portal is now available. On the Portal you can request and lift a security freeze, view your NCTUE Data Report, dispute information on that report, place and remove fraud alerts, and more.
